REMINDERS

Take your morning back from distraction and phones and planning and worry. Wake up and drink water, move slow, brush your teeth, scrape your tongue. Prepare your herbs and massage your body with oil. Do a breathing exercise then rinse off. Leave your phone in the corner. Make a simple breakfast and your coffee. Chew your food and only do that. When you’re finished, move on with your day.

Current moodpboard with a long quote/piece of writing, but a good one, and one that is very fitting and very helpful and very needed. Since coming home from Barbados, I feel like something has reaaaally changed for me. I feel as if I have this super strong force within me that’s pulling me in a direction towards moving away to somewhere that’s sunny, has better weather, is by a beautiful beach. I guess I’m in a great position now as I work for myself, so I can literally work from wherever. I’d love to live in different places for a year. Barcelona, Australia, Hawaii, Cali, Bali etc. I also feel like my mindset has changed dramatically since being away, I feel so much more relaxed and in tune with my mind and body. A little spiritual refresh which was definitely what my mind, body, and soul needed. But all I can think about is moving abroad to somewhere like Australia, Hawaii or somewhere that is just warm all the time and is by the beach and I can have my lil studio out there and go for morning surfs and runs and swims and then head straight into my studio and work all day and just be living the dream. Uhhhhh….

Call a new place home, go explore the world, work from wherever.
