SHE HAD THE SEA WITHIN HER SOUL, CONTINUOUSLY.”

— Salvatore Quasimod

It’s been a summer of self loving and hustlin’. It felt so good to spend a summer at home again - with the beach becoming part of my daily routine. In my eyes, there is no better place to be in the summer than home. But with lots of play come lots of work, and I think I found a good balance between work and play, although I am excited to get back into more of a routine now that Autumn is approaching. Once mine and B’s trip around Italy is completed and I’ve moved and settled into my new place I will be set up and ready to go with my new lil office space and finish the year off strong smashing it all! Thinking about it, I’m not sure whether I told you - but….I’m moving out! Eeeeeek. I am SO excited. My first flat is everything I wanted, lots of massive windows, very light and airy, white walls, high ceilings, good location and SO BIG. I finally have my own kitchen and my own lil office/studio space. It’s definitely a nerve wracking thing and it has been very very very stressful trying to get it all sorted and signed and handed over etc etc and I am super nervous to move out and be on my own but I am also very excited. I feel like I’ve got a lot of growing to do - spiritually, mentally and career wise, and I will have the space and time to do that which will be amazing. Oh, and I might get a lil puppy called Mali!

Not sure if anyone else feels like this but EVERY time September and Autumn comes around I get so excited and just want to buy all the new planners and stationery and washi tapes and pens and watch reruns of Harry Potter and get super organised and into a routine and really hustle and work hard. I find it hard in the summer to work super hard because when the weather is nice I want to be out all the time with my friends, down the beach, in the sea, going on holiday, relaxing, travelling, going out at night for dinner or drinks. So making yourself be indoors doing computer work is not fun but it’s something you gotta do. Summer isn’t over yet though as B & I head over to south of Italy to travel around for two weeks. I cannot wait! Overall I had a pretty good summer. I made lots of good memories, saw my friends loads, went to the beach loads, got a pretty good tan and had lots of fun with my family and boyfriend

Italy will be the most perfect end to the summer, before I start the next chapter of my life.

Until then… A, x
