General
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the updated terms. Portions of the Site may be added, removed, or modified without notice.

Site Content
All images, creative work, and content created by Alanna Georgette remain the property of Alanna Georgette. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, display, sell, or alter any content without written permission. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may incur financial liability.

Payment & Deposits

• All payments made for services booked via the website or otherwise are non-refundable.

• If a deposit is required to secure a booking, it is earned upon receipt and non-refundable.

• Final payments are due within 14 days of invoice. Payment can be made via bank transfer to Alanna Georgette.

• Late payments may incur a fee of 3% per day, and the Client is responsible for any costs incurred to collect unpaid fees, including legal or administrative costs.

• If work cannot be completed due to the Client’s inaction, withholding of information, or failure to approve work, the invoice is still payable in full.

Creative License & Editing

• All work delivered is edited at the Photographer’s discretion. Galleries or outputs will not include all material captured.

• The Photographer reserves the right to release only material deemed professional quality and within artistic standards.

• Clients may not edit, filter, or modify any images or work without prior written consent.

Image Rights & Usage

• Ownership of all work remains with Alanna Georgette.

• Usage rights granted to the Client are limited to the purposes and timeframes agreed in writing (e.g., organic social media, paid campaigns, press).

• Credit must be provided for all usage: Instagram tagging @_alannageorgette, and credit for press or website usage.

• Additional usage outside the agreed scope requires written permission and may incur additional fees.

• Grant of usage rights is conditioned upon full payment.

• Any violation of these terms may incur a fee of £500 per violation.

Cancellations

• Deposits and payments are non-refundable.

• If a shoot or service is cancelled, the Client is responsible for all expenses incurred up to the time of cancellation.

• Cancellation within 7–10 working days of a shoot or service may incur additional fees, including anticipated photography fees or subcontractor costs.

Limit of Liability

• Alanna Georgette is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or failure to deliver due to events beyond her reasonable control, including illness, injury, acts of God, terrorism, strikes, or platform/technology failure.

• Alanna Georgette shall not be liable for loss, theft, or destruction of digital files, including camera, hard drive, equipment malfunction, or platform failure.

• Alanna Georgette is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

Refunds
Due to the custom and creative nature of services (photography, social media, website design), no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Quotes
All prices quoted are valid for 60 days from the date of quotation. Afterwards, said quote will need revising.

Additional Fees
The Client is responsible for any travel, accommodation, meals, or transport costs, unless otherwise agreed. Travel fees: first 10 miles round-trip included; additional miles charged at £0.60/mile. Additional costs (e.g., hotels, models) will be included in the final invoice.

User Submissions
Any comments, feedback, ideas, or suggestions submitted via the Site remain the property of Alanna Georgette, and we reserve the right to monitor, delete, or edit them at our discretion.

Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable by a court, all remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Applicable Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to UK jurisdiction.
No part of this Agreement may be modified without written consent from both parties.
This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
