GENERAL
We may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.

SITE CONTENT
Possession of and copyright to all images and work created shall remain with Alanna Georgette. You understand that it is not in your right to reproduce, publish, transmit, display, create derivative works from, sell or alter in any way any of the Contents, the Site, or images or work provided by Alanna Georgette without written permission. This includes illegal reproduction of work, copy and content.

USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, POSTCARDS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
All comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Alanna Georgette on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, "Comments") shall be and remain Alanna Georgette property. We retain the right to monitor, delete and edit any of the above at our discretion.

QUOTES
All prices quoted are valid for 60 days from the date of quotation. Afterwards, said quote will need revising.

CREATIVE LICENSE
Images are edited at the discretion of Alanna Georgette. Delivered galleries will not include all images shot. Alanna Georgette reserves the right to edit and release only those images deemed creditable as professional quality and within Alanna Georgette’s artistic standards. 

CANCELLATIONS POLICY
In the event of a cancellation or postponement of a shoot/work by the Client or subject, Client shall pay all expenses incurred by the Photographer up to the time of cancellation. In the event of postponement or cancellation, the Deposit and all payments received to date shall be retained by Alanna Georgette and shall be non-refundable in all respects. A cancellation fee of total amount will be payable if cancellation occurs anytime within 7 working days of planned shoot/work date. 

LIMIT OF LIABILITY
In the unlikely event that Alanna Georgette is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to an injury, illness, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond the control of Alanna Georgette, Alanna Georgette will liaise with the CLIENT to re-book the shoot or services that were booked in. 

REFUNDS
I understand that due to the custom nature of social media, photography and website design no refunds will be given no matter the circumstances.

COPYRIGHT & UNAUTHORIZED REPRODUCTION
Possession of and copyright to all images and work created shall remain with Alanna Georgette. You understand that it is not in your right to reproduce or alter in any way any of the images or work provided by Alanna Georgette without written permission. Should Alanna Georgette discover any violations to this agreement, the Client agrees to be held financially responsible at a rate of £(dependant on client) per violation.
